To Whom It May Concern, I purchased the Dreame L20 Ultra vacuum cleaner approximately 1.5 years ago from Vatan Bilgisayar. On October 8, 2025, the device developed a water leakage problem, which persists in every mode and during every use. My device is still under warranty. To expedite the process, I personally delivered the product to the technical service center on October 10, 2025. However, I received no updates for approximately 3 weeks; I only learned the status of my device after I contacted them myself. The technical service rejected my request for a replacement and stated that a refund would be issued instead. As the product is still under warranty, I am requesting either a free repair or a product replacement. My invoice number is: vtn2024000215551. I request that this issue be resolved in accordance with the warranty conditions and that my grievance be rectified. Sincerely,
