I hope you are doing well.

I would like to report an issue with my Dreame robot vacuum. I noticed today that the top LIDAR navigation sensor is broken. I am not sure how or when the damage occurred, but the LIDAR cover appears to be damaged.

As the device is still under warranty, I kindly request your assistance with service maintenance or a replacement, in accordance with the warranty terms.

Please let me know the next steps and if you require any additional information such as the serial number, purchase invoice, or photos of the damage.
