Charge not start after clean

Hello friends. I bought a Dreame X50 UC (Store https://dreametech.com.tr). Today I installed it and started it for the first time. After cleaning, the robot vacuum cleaner cannot start charging on the dock. It constantly repeats "start charging" and twitches. If you push it yourself, it starts charging.
Robot firmware is latest version 4.3.9_2103.

Another issue in 1st day use.
I create night schedule for clean - 1st task dry clean, 2nd wet clean. Also I set DND mode from 22.00 to 08.00.
After 1st task robot returned to dock for add mops, and taked only one mop. having left the dock robot stoped with error.
I put 2nd mop by myself and after canceled schedulled clean.
The robot returned to the docking station and went into standby mode, the blue indicator on the LDS lit up (battery level 85%). After a while, I checked it, and the battery level was already 77%.
I turned of DND, and put off VC to floor around 1m from dock. It returned and again cant started charge.

Its to many problem with this VC for 1st use, I think to return it back to store.
I am very upset with the purchase of this robot vacuum cleaner

I had this issue on my X40 ultra. One of the springs of base stations electrodes might be stuck, and cannot pop out. So robot tries to move closer continuously. I suggest to remove the robot from the Dock and check 2 electrodes. After a few tries, the spring should pop out easily.
